These incredible artists hail from the Algonquin Anishinaabe First Nation from Kitigan Zibi, Canada, Colombia, and Argentina, bringing together a rich tapestry of cultural and creative expressions.

Event Details:

🗓 October 11:

📍 Location: Atelier at the Arts Court Building (67 Nicholas St, Ottawa, ON K1N 7B9)
Vernissage: 6-8 PM (Free)
Kick off the exhibition by mingling with the artists and experiencing their work up close.

📍 Location: Atelier at the Arts Court Building (67 Nicholas St, Ottawa, ON K1N 7B9)
Beading Workshop: 4-6 PM

Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of the Algonquin Anishinaabe First Nation through a special beading workshop led by Stephanie Tenasco, a proud member of the Kitigan Zibi community.

Ticket: $20 per person

Stephanie Tenasco is a proud member of the Algonquin First Nation of Kitigan Zibi, Quebec. She is an Algonquin artisan.

Emilie Azevedo (she/they) is an emerging artist and active member of Ottawa’s artistic community.
