ART+ Summer Workshop
Knowledge is the foundation for capacity. Our ART+ Summer Workshop is a free program open to all artists in the National Capital Region to continue building sustainable artistic practices and increase a healthy balance in the cultural sector ecosystem.
This year, our first session will include an E-Marketing and Monetization Workshop and an information session by the Cultural Funding and Support Unit of the City of Ottawa.

Business skills for artists are always evolving. Learn how to use virtual apps and tools to bring your work to the world of e-commerce. In this workshop participants will learn how to increase their efficiency when marketing their artwork online and reach new audiences. Explore different ways of diversifying your revenue as an artist with common e-commerce practices and accessible apps.
City of Ottawa: Funding Opportunities for the Arts and the Cultural Sector
Get an overview of the City of Ottawa’s 2023 arts and heritage funding programs and learn about the possibilities for supporting your artistic practice, work in the community or cultural heritage event. Marie-Christine Feraud will review several different programs including the Equity and Inclusion in the Arts Fund.
