Samantha Christ François, a Haitian vocalist, began singing at age 7 in her church, developing a passion for music that spans languages and genres. Fluent in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Créole, and Swahili, she effortlessly bridges cultural divides through her diverse repertoire, which includes gospel, R&B, Latin, and jazz. Since moving to Ottawa in 2020, she has become a key figure in the local music scene, enriching the community with her talent and cultural heritage.

She'll be performing with internationally renowned Cuban pianist Miguel de Armas, who moved to Canada in 2012, bringing with him a rich musical heritage honed through years of study, performance, and creation.  In Ottawa, Miguel formed the Miguel de Armas Quartet, blending jazz and Afro-Cuban music into a thrilling fusion that has enriched the Canadian musical scene.
